Certificate and Transcript Request
Robert Cavelier University (RCU) provides official transcripts and degree certificates to currently enrolled students and alumni. Please review the following procedures for requesting these documents.
Official Transcripts
Official transcripts bear the RCU institutional seal and the Registrar's signature. They are issued directly from RCU's Registrar's Office.
To request an official transcript:
- Complete the Official Transcript Request Form (available from the Registrar's Office).
- Submit the completed form by email to inquiries@rcu.education with the subject line "Transcript Request."
- Include your full name, student ID number, date of birth, program of study, and the recipient's mailing address or email address.
- Specify the number of copies required and whether you need an electronic (PDF) or printed transcript.
Processing time is typically 5–7 business days. Rush processing may be available upon request.
Degree Certificates
Official degree certificates are issued upon successful completion of all program requirements and clearance by the Registrar's Office. Graduates will be notified when their certificate is ready for collection or dispatch.
Replacement Certificate Requests: Alumni who require a replacement degree certificate (e.g., due to loss or damage) should contact the Registrar's Office directly. A replacement fee may apply.
Unofficial Transcripts
Currently enrolled students may access unofficial transcripts through the RCU Learning Management System (LMS) student portal. Unofficial transcripts are for personal reference only and are not accepted by third parties as official documentation.
