Robert Cavelier University (RCU) is committed to supporting our students throughout their entire academic journey. Our student services are designed to ensure that every student has the resources, guidance, and support they need to succeed — from application through graduation and beyond.

Academic Advising

Each student is assigned a dedicated academic advisor who provides personalized guidance on course selection, academic planning, and degree progression. Advisors are available via email and virtual appointments to assist students in achieving their educational goals.

Technical Support

RCU provides full technical support for students accessing the Learning Management System (LMS) and other online platforms. Students experiencing technical difficulties can reach the helpdesk via email at inquiries@rcu.education or by phone at +1(504) 502-8250.

Library & Research Resources

RCU students have access to an extensive digital library and online research databases to support their coursework and research. Resources include e-books, academic journals, business publications, and research guides curated for the MBA curriculum.

Career Services

RCU's career services support students in their professional development through resume reviews, interview preparation, career coaching, and networking opportunities. Our goal is to help graduates transition successfully into leadership roles in their chosen fields.

Student Grievances

RCU takes student grievances seriously and has established a formal process for addressing concerns related to academic matters, student conduct, and institutional policies. Students are encouraged to first seek resolution informally, then escalate through the formal grievance procedure if needed.
